Michelle Harder, Senior Consultant, Harder & Associates

Michelle Harder, Senior Consultant, has for the last 12 years worked with many churches of various denominations in the design and implementation of successful capital campaigns.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Brock University and later earned her Master of Arts degree in Philanthropy and Development at St. Mary’s University in Minnesota.  In addition to her church professional consulting, Michelle has also been involved in consulting in the non-profit sector, with VON Foundation, Hamilton, The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County and the Teen Health Centre located in Windsor. 

Michelle currently resides in St. Catharines, Ontario.
