It has been proven many times that churches that use outside help in funding programs for capital projects generate significantly more money than in-house programs. The primary reason for this is that we design campaigns built on tried and proven principles of fundraising, principles that when implemented help the church maximize its financial potential. These financial studies are designed to determine the financial potential churches have for their capital projects. The most important question related to a project is “What can we afford?” The answer to this question will then determine the architect’s design and the funding potential in capital campaigns.
