It has been proven many times that churches that use outside help in funding programs for capital projects generate significantly more money than in-house programs. Congregational Financial Assessment
These financial studies are designed to determine the financial potential churches have for their capital projects. The most important question related to a project is “What can we afford?” The answer to this question will then determine the architect’s design and the funding potential in capital campaigns.
