Stewardship Plus is a self-directed annual fund program which will assist churches to maximize their financial potential in support of the church’s ministry.
The focus of this program is holistic stewardship which emphasizes the church’s vision, worship attendance, individual involvement in church ministry and financial support as part of a Christian’s discipleship responsibility. It involves a four Sunday sermon series entitled, “I love my church”, concluding with an every-home visitation where members are invited to commit to the support the church’s vision, its overall ministry and to supply their financial support to make that ministry possible.
This program takes between two and three months to run and is usually done in the Fall. The Stewardship Plus kit comes with a working Manual and two video training tapes, one for program leaders and the other for training the home visitors.
